How far in advance should I order?

At least three days before your date. For wedding cakes, multi-tier designs or hand-made sugar flowers, a week or more is much safer — those cannot be rushed.

Why is the price only an estimate?

Accepted Answer

The price you see covers the cake itself for your guest count. What it cannot price is the detail in your reference photo — hand modelling, sugar flowers, edible printing or an unusual structure. We review every order and confirm the final price with you before we start baking.

Question 3

Do you deliver outside Sétif?

Accepted Answer

No. We deliver only inside the city of Sétif. Cakes are fragile and we only deliver where we can guarantee they arrive exactly as they left the kitchen.

Question 4

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery, always. You pay the driver when the cake is handed to you. There is no online payment and nothing is charged when you submit your design.

Can you work around allergies?

Tell us in the notes step and we will be honest with you. Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, eggs and dairy daily, so we cannot promise a trace-free cake — but we can avoid a specific ingredient entirely.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Call or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Changes are free until we start baking, which is normally the day before delivery.

Question 7

How should I store the cake?

Accepted Answer

In the fridge, in its box, and take it out 30 to 45 minutes before serving. Cakes with whipped cream or fresh fruit should be eaten the same day.
