These terms describe how ordering a custom cake from us works.
Orders are requests, not confirmed sales
Submitting the builder sends us a design request. An order becomes a confirmed sale only once we have reviewed it and agreed the final price with you by phone or WhatsApp.
Pricing
Payment
Cash on delivery only. Payment is due in full to the driver when the cake is handed over. We do not accept online payment, cards or transfers.
Delivery
Lead time
Orders must be placed at least three days before the delivery date. Larger or more detailed designs may need longer; we will tell you when we review your request.
Changes and cancellation
Design accuracy
Every cake is made by hand. We work to match your reference photos closely, but small differences in shade, texture and finish are part of handmade work and are not defects.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, eggs and dairy every day. We can leave out a specific ingredient on request, but we cannot guarantee any cake is free from traces.
Photos you upload
By uploading inspiration photos you confirm you are allowed to share them with us. We use them only to build your cake and will ask you separately before publishing anything.
Complaints
Tell us on the day of delivery, with photos, and we will make it right. Reach us on WhatsApp or by phone.
